Paul Sarjeant, B.Sc, P.Geo
Mr. Sarjeant contributes
unparalleled field, finance, and
boardroom intelligence to the
Grandview management team. After
graduating B.Sc Honours,
Geological Sciences from Queen's
University in 1983, Mr. Sarjeant
began his career with Echo Bay
Mines Ltd as a project geologist
working on projects in the NWT,
Archean greenstone belts, Lupin
Mine peripheral project, and
skarn properties in BC and
Equador.
He ascended to Senior Geologist,
International Exploration Group,
responsible for project
evaluation outside of North
America, including precious and
base metals projects in South
America, East Africa, South East
Asia, Russia, Mongolia,
Australia, New Zealand and
Europe. From 1993 until 1996, he
was President and CEO of Auric
Resources - a precious metals
exploration company focused on
Peru. From 1999 until his
November, 2006 appointment to
the office of President and CEO
of Grandview Gold, Paul operated
a successful securities business
focused on strategic planning
and investment analysis.
His Certified Financial Planner
designation gives him unique
insight into the needs of
institutional and retail broker
investment communities. It also
taught him the value of patience
and commitment to the big
picture. During the company's
rather intense and often times
stressful period of
re-structuring, Paul drew upon
his confidence in the
regenerative powers of the
public markets and in the
intrinsic value of Grandview
properties, to maintain forward
momentum at all times.
His understanding of the problem
and opportunity paradigm that
underpins the precious metals
markets, enables him to identify
opportunity when the market is
turbulent and advantage those
opportunities in a timely
fashion. Mr. Sarjeant works
closely with Grandview Chairman
Dr. Michael Hitch, M.Geo, Ph.D.
P.Geo, a well-known geologist
with particular expertise in
greenstone geology and advanced
exploration techniques to
evaluate, strategize and
implement opportunities and
exploration programs.
Since joining the company 18
months ago, Mr. Sarjeant has
paid particular attention to its
geological intelligence,
expanding the resource to
comprise more than 250 years and
three generations of geological,
geophysical and geochemical
experience.
Paul's most recent board level
moves saw the appointment of two
very senior level directors with
truly remarkable resumes - the
former EVP Capital Markets for
eTrade Financial, and the former
Diversified Industries Group
head of BMO Capital Markets.
What is most notable about these
two additions to the board is
not the level of expertise the
gentlemen bring to the table,
but that, given their wealth of
experience and the innumerable
opportunities open to each of
them, they shared Paul's passion
for and confidence in Grandview
Gold Inc and wanted to be on
board for the ride.

Adi Muljo, BA.Econ, MBA.Fin
Adi Muljo is uniquely
suited for the office of CEO
of a global spice company. He
resides in the state of
Maryland where he operates a
trade consultancy, but in his
native Indonesia, the very
centre of the spice universe,
Adi enjoys a reputation as one
of the most respected and
renowned corporate ambassadors
in the country.
Between 1971 and 1998, Adi
held various senior positions
with The Astra Group,
Indonesia's largest
conglomerate. The positions
included General Manager of
Astra's Xerox Division and
also Managing Director of
Inter Delta, Indonesia's sole
distributor for Kodak products
and Canon cameras. From
1981-1998, he was responsible
for the Vancouver and
Baltimore offices of The Astra
Group, responsible for
oversight of North American
expansion.
In 1998, Adi founded the
Maryland-based AMG Group, a
company promoting two-way
trade between North America
and several Asian and European
countries.
In 2006, by now expert at
identifying, facilitating and
growing business opportunities
for and between client
companies, Adi began
developing a new business
model for himself and another
founding partner based on
several factors; Adi's
relationships with spice
growers in Indonesia, a void
in the spice and herb market
in North America, and a
watershed moment in time when
consumers were adopting a new
set of purchase criteria in
which quality, value and
corporate soul figured
prominently.
Business plan in hand, Adi
returned to Indonesia to
secure supply and set-up steam
sterilization and packaging
facilities. Due to his tenure
there as a business builder
and facilitator of trade, Adi
very quickly secured the
people, partnerships and plant
the new company required to
ensure optimum quality,
freshness, and product
control. Today the facility
has an organic certification
and processes and packages
Spice Depot spices from
Indonesia, Asia, Europe,
Africa and North America.
Over the course of the past 12
months, Adi has been building
a team of what he calls, "the
best of the best in the
business," to run various
divisions of the Spice Depot.
His patience and commitment
have paid off as is evidenced
by the company's impressive
board of directors and
management team, and also by
the product innovations and
sales numbers currently being
released.
Adi's modern-day spice road
travels take him between his
home in Maryland, to
Indonesia, Asia, Australia,
Europe, Africa, the company's
distribution centre in
Vancouver, Canada, and various
ports of call in between. In
every sense of the word, Mr.
Muljo is a true spice merchant
-- enjoying the sometimes
savory, sometimes sweet, but
ultimately spicy fruits of his
life's work.
Mr. Muljo holds a BA in
Economics and an MBA in
Finance, is married and has
three children.
